How Do I Place An Order?

When you have selected all the necessary items for your cart, you can click on the cart icon in the top left corner or click on the tab that says MY CART. Hit the CHECKOUT button and you will be redirected to the payment process.

Payment and Shipping
​
Payment can be via Paypal. Please make sure you review your order, total due, and provide your payment information and billing address. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address.

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-7 business days for shipping depending on your location. You will receive emails giving you updates on your package, please check your spam folders. For a price estimate and tracking information please visit their website at www.usps.com.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
​
Returns will be process after the company has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.

We recommend customers obtain a tracking number when sending back returns. Once you have contacted us via email about your return, the items must be shipped out immediately. You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund.

If you choose to exchange your item, you may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another size.
​
All returns/exchanges must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, however, you may keep the Love you to Lifeâ„¢ Spiritual Reading by that being our gift to you. The original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping. Items worn, with stains or that have been washed cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, we will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Please include your receipt or there will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without it.
